Logistics Coordinator - Day Shift

Hays are currently recruiting our client, based in Dover, for a logistics coordinator on their day shifts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a full-time permanent contract.

Shift:

Monday to Friday

Salary:

The salary for this role is £28,000 per year depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage time-critical logistics solutions throughout Europe and worldwide, operating within strict time constraints and ensuring all schedules and deadlines are met.
2. Transport planning (within Europe)
3. Escalate delays in transport and identify the problems.
4. Record non-conformances.
5. Highlight any gaps in carrier coverage.
6. Build and maintain excellent relationships with carriers.
