Job description

We are currently looking for a Logistics Co-ordinator to join the Logistics Department based at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire).


Job Summary

Type of contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £10.60ph
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Holiday entitlement: 28 days per year (including bank holidays)


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and coordinate all UK and European engineer stock takes
  2. Reconcile completed stock takes by compiling data from in-house systems
  3. Investigate discrepancies using available reports
  4. Communicate schedules and any changes to engineers and relevant teams
  5. Record and monitor stock management by engineers
  6. Provide assistance to the logistics team in cases of absence

Skills and Experience:
  1. Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  2. Analytical and Problem Solving skills
  3. Team working
  4. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
