We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor/Manager to lead our logistics operations in a fast-moving warehouse environment. This role will involve close collaboration with the Operations, Warehouse, Customer Success, Sales, and Trade teams to ensure a seamless order fulfillment process and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration with Teams: Work alongside the Customer Success, Sales, and Trade teams to facilitate smooth coordination of customer orders and ensure all requirements are met.
Third-Party Logistics Management: Oversee and coordinate logistics operations with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring they meet service level agreements and quality standards.
Delivery Planning: Plan and schedule delivery time slots, ensuring that customer expectations are met while optimizing resources and routes for efficiency.
Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve any complaints or issues related to logistics operations, including those pertaining to delivery delays, order inaccuracies, and customer satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor logistics performance metrics and prepare reports to analyze efficiency; identify areas for improvement in delivery processes and customer service.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate logistics processes, making recommendations for enhancements to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, or transportation, with a strong focus on customer service.
Excellent understanding of third-party logistics operations and return management processes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively deal with customers and vendors.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with inventory management systems and data analysis tools.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to transportation and warehousing.
