ARM are currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator on a permanent basis. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for the right individual to work in a busy warehouse located in Barking.

The Role:

• You will be required to book shipments with our couriers and shippers according to our UK, International and EU requirements.
• Source cost effective shipping options and solutions.
• Monitor shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and resolve issues that occur.
• Liaise with our sales, finance, and product development teams to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered effectively.
• Track and monitor stock levels and order components from our suppliers.
• Receive goods, perform quality control on items, and check shipping documentation.

Requirements:

• Excellent computer and administration skills.
• Well organized with excellent attention to detail.
• High level of numeracy and literacy in English.
• Experience using multiple computer systems with a high degree of accuracy.
• Experience in shipping administration and understanding of shipping terms.
