Logistics Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

1. Verify order specifications and communicate with storage and logistics teams for efficient processing.
2. Communicate with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs officials to ensure smooth logistics operations.
3. Prepare and process import and export documentation for international cargo movement.
4. Ensure compliance with aviation and cargo transport regulations.
5. Track and monitor shipments, updating clients on delivery status.
6. Coordinate delivery routes to optimize time, fuel efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
7. Monitor driving time and speed limits to ensure regulatory compliance.
8. Manage and resolve any issues related to cargo delays, damages, or discrepancies.
9. Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and logistics data.

Experience: Required
Employment: Full-time
Salary: £30,000 – £39,000 yearly
