We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support our supply chain operations and help ensure the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with inventory management and stock control
Coordinate deliveries and shipments with internal teams and external partners
Prepare and maintain shipping documents and records
Track and report on shipments and delivery timelines
Handle general administrative tasks related to logistics and warehousing
Support the logistics team in ensuring timely, cost-effective, and efficient logistics operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficient in MS Office and logistics software (e.g., ERP systems)
