We're hiring a Logistics and Terminal Lead to oversee daily activities at a busy fuel terminal. In this role, you will manage a small team, ensuring smooth and safe loading and discharge of fuel components.

The role:

1. Lead and support operators, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
2. Manage permits to work and uphold site procedures.
3. Oversee biomass boiler operations for efficient performance.
4. Conduct site audits and ensure third-party compliance.
5. Collaborate with supply chain and maintenance teams.
6. Input blend work orders accurately using ERP systems.

The candidate:

1. Supervisory experience in a terminal, logistics, or similar environment.
2. Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
4. Experience with COMAH sites or fuel handling is advantageous.
5. HNC, NVQ Level 3 in Process Operations, or NEBOSH (desirable).
6. IT skills, including ERP and Excel (preferred).
