My client is an international engineering firm with a large stock holding facility in Coventry. They service a large customer base across the UK and beyond with this role being a key part of a small but high performing team facilitating the storage and distribution of spare parts.
They are looking for an efficient administrator with some background in transport or warehousing. Must be a good communicator and someone that is happy to on-board new knowledge/skills.
Salary: 27K
Full time and Permanent
08.30 to 17.30 Mon-Fri
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
Duties:
Managing UK spare parts stock levels and replenishment orders
Managing purchase orders to UK Suppliers and track ex works dates
Arrange the import of goods from Europe with our logistic partners
Prepare and issue loading plans from Internal and 3rd party factories
Assist with Customs papers and relevant enquiries
Review, approve and apportion freight costs
Book in received goods to relevant stock location
Raising of inter-company orders and stock transfers to ensure accurate stock levels
Liaise with UK logistics partner for UK/IRE delivery's
Processing in-coming spare parts orders, and dealing with enquiries
Raising internal delivery notes and arranging shipment with relevant courier
