Are you a detail-oriented and highly organised individual looking for a dynamic administrative role? Join a leading automotive wholesale company seeking a Logistics Administrator.

As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and managing imports of products. In this role, you will ensure the smooth processing of orders, manage essential shipping documentation, and liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Processing imports of products liaising with suppliers
  • Inputting and updating order information into the system
  • Inputting and updating client details and orders onto Excel/CRM system (DataEase)
  • Assisting with import logistics & deliveries of orders
  • Assisting with deliveries to customers
  • Processing and managing documentation regarding orders
  • Analysing and updating price changes
  • Responding to queries from customers via email & telephone
  • Managing payments, cash flow, and assisting with bookkeeping
  • Assisting teams with various duties as needed
  • Ad hoc task requests by management as requested
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience dealing with import & export
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Right to work in the UK.
