Job Description
As Logistics Administrator, you will:
Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways.
Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule.
Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low.
Maintain quality throughout the logistic processes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with all vendors.
Document and manage all logistic procedures within the company.
Resolve any arising problems or complaints regarding logistics.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient business operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Logistics Administrator should have:
Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
Strong team working and motivational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and data entry software such as Sage 200.
Outstanding organisational and coordination abilities.
A keen eye for detail.
