This role is pivotal in maintaining this company’s reputation for quality and service excellence, working closely with internal teams to manage the fulfilment and delivery process efficiently and effectively.
You will be responsible for orchestrating customer deliveries and installations, liaising with customers regarding payments and scheduling, and maintaining accurate records. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders, anticipate and address stock level issues, and manage lead times with key workshops. Additionally, you will coordinate component part deliveries, manage stock of packaging materials, and ensure shipping costs stay within budget.
