EFI is looking for a Logistic & Shipment specialist to join Ink Manufacturing unit in Bradford.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Coordinate export shipments, ensuring accurate and timely documentation and customs compliance.
• Handle export quotations, pricing, and negotiations with shipping lines.
• Prepare and manage export documentation including bills of lading, invoices, and certificates.
• Oversee customer and intercompany shipments from start to finish, providing customers with regular status updates.
• Work closely with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth export process.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and billing information.

About You

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• A strong understanding of land, sea and air freight operations and customer service excellence.
• Proficiency in using SAP system and MS Office.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with an attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to achieving departmental and company goals.
• A commitment to compliance with legal and company standards.
