- Job Title: Tier 4 Acute Diabetic Foot Podiatrist Band 6

- Location: South West London

- Duration: Ongoing post (no end date)

- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 30 hours per week (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

- Start Date: ASAP

- End Date: 3 months initial contract (with potential to extend indefinitely)

- Rate of Pay: £30 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Tier 4 Acute Diabetic Foot Podiatrist and play a key role in improving the lives of Tier 4 service users. In this role, you will:

1. Perform comprehensive assessments and treatments for patients with acute diabetic foot conditions
2. Develop and implement personalised care plans
3. Provide evidence-based interventions to optimise patient outcomes
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A current and valid HCPC registration
2. Experience working with Tier 4 service users in an acute diabetic foot setting
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
5. A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a full-time working position requiring availability from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, totalling 30 hours per week. The contract is ongoing with no end date, starting with a 3-month initial contract and strong potential for indefinite extension.
