Job Title: Specialist Rheumatology Pharmacist (Band 7/8a)
Location: NHS Hospital, London
Duration: 6 months minimum (ongoing contract)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute break)
Start Date: April/May
Rate of Pay: £27-£37 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:

Join our client's team as a Specialist Rheumatology Pharmacist in an NHS hospital and play a key role in improving the lives of patients with rheumatological conditions. In this role, you will:

1. Perform comprehensive medication reviews for rheumatology patients
2. Provide expert advice on complex medication regimens
3. Ensure safe and effective use of immunosuppressants and biologics
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A current and valid GPhC registration
2. Experience working with rheumatology patients and specialist medications
3. Strong clinical knowledge and problem-solving skills
4. The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
5. A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, with flexibility where possible. The contract is for a minimum of 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
