Job description

Locum Residential Conveyancer 3+ PQE, Cheshire, c.£45 per hour, holiday cover.

OVERVIEW:

- A skilled residential conveyancer with a minimum of three years' experience is needed to provide cover for two annual leave dates in May and June.

- The appointed conveyancer must be able to handle a busy caseload of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and new build.

- As a locum, you will have the ability to hit the ground running and progress the existing caseload.

- This role requires the ability to handle own caseload independently; however, some support can be available.

- This role is office-based for the duration of the assignment; however, some flexibility for hybrid working will be considered.

- The role is open to Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives.
