Our client, is seeking an experienced Private Client Locum Solicitor. This role offers a fully remote working arrangement, whilst handling a full private client caseload with assistance from paralegal support.

Description

The Private Client Locum Solicitor will be:

• Managing a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning.
• Providing expert legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards.
• Leading and mentoring a team of junior solicitors and support staff.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal standards.

Profile

The Private Client Locum Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor or equivalent with sufficient experience to hit the ground running.
• Able to start as soon as possible and commit to a longer term contract.
• Proficient in handling a full range of private client matters independently.
• Experienced in team management and mentoring.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Job Offer

• Competitive hourly rate of £55-£60, outside IR35.
