What You'll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Band 7 Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of elderly patients on geriatric wards. In this role, you will:

1. Perform comprehensive patient assessments
2. Create and implement personalised care plans
3. Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
5. Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A current and valid GPhC registration
2. Experience working with elderly patients in a hospital setting
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
5. A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This is a flexible locum position requiring availability for 3-4 days per week. The working hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. The role is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
