What You'll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Locum Occupational Therapist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients requiring rehabilitation and support. In this role, you will:

1. Conduct independent triage and assessment of patients
2. Facilitate safe discharges, ensuring patients transition smoothly from hospital to home
3. Provide necessary equipment to aid in recovery and independence
4. Carry out home visits to assess the living conditions and recommend adaptations as required
5. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
6. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A current and valid HCPC registration
2. Experience in discharge planning, home visits, and equipment provision
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. The ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This flexible locum role requires availability from Monday to Friday, with flexibility around working hours. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
