What You'll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Locum Independent Prescribing Pharmacist and play a key role in improving patient care within a GP Surgery/PCN. In this role, you will:

1. Perform comprehensive medication reviews and patient assessments
2. Prescribe appropriate medications and therapeutic interventions
3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary team
4. Maintain accurate patient records using EMIS Web
5. Provide expert guidance on pharmaceutical care and treatment

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Independent Prescribing Qualification
2. A Digital Badge and access to EMIS Web on your PC/Laptop at home (non-negotiable)
3. Experience working in a GP Surgery/PCN environment (preferred but not mandatory)
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently and within a team
6. A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This is a full remote role, offering regular Monday shifts from 10am - 2pm (4 hours). There may also be occasional Friday shifts, although these are not mandatory. The position starts ASAP and is ongoing.
