Locum GP 4 sessions
From May / June 2025 for 3 – 6 months
Prospective team colleague, what can we tell you about us that will prove to you that we are, by far, the BEST Practice team to work with in Aberdeenshire?
We are a semi rural, Vision paperlite Practice with 6600 patients, we hold a 17C contract so have a history of flexibility which has honed an innovative and forward-thinking ethos. We were the first to bring the virtual ward to Aberdeenshire and have an innovation award to our name. We are a training Practice with 2 education supervisors, we are 5 partners all of whom have been given the opportunity to develop and practice special interests in areas such as cardiology, dermatology, orthopaedics, aviation, palliative care, cancer, dementia etc. We feel a good work-life balance is hugely important; we laugh a lot and probably eat more chocolate and cake than is good for us. We have a team of dedicated nurses and co-located MDT colleagues who we work closely with and are vital to ensuring we have a holistic approach to caring for our patients. We don’t have a digital front door; we still prefer a door that patients can walk through when required…and breathe.
…Oh and did we tell you that we have a bean-to-cup coffee machine and barring a national emergency or environmental disaster, we do everything in our power to stop for coffee and chat each morning.
(Disclaimer: Other beverages are available)
Start date Monday 2nd June, days negotiable.
