Remuneration: £475-£500 per day to be discussed, dependant on UDA delivery and availability
Part-time LOCUM Dentist required for 3 days per week in a busy, well-organised practice in Sherbourne, Dorset.
- £475-£500 per day to be discussed, dependant on UDA delivery and availability
- 45% split on Private income
- 50% Labs
- Fully computerised surgeries - Large, 4 surgery practice
- Digital x-rays, Rotary Endo, Apex Locator
- Hygienist on-site
- Full support team including PM on-site
- FREE staff parking
- Practice hours: 08:30 – 5:00pm
- Train station in the town centre and bus routes available
- Available immediately, start date negotiable
- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
