Description: Part-time Locum Dentist required for 3 days per week in a very busy, mixed, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED & PURPOSE BUILT practice near Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
• £450-£475 per day depending on experience
• 50% split on private & Labs
• 5 Surgeries, SOE Software
• Fully computerised, purpose built surgeries
• Digital x-rays
• Rotary endo
• Full support team
• 3 Associates, 3 Hygienists, dedicated surgery Principal & PM on site
• Full time Hygienist on-site
• Available From 22nd February 2024, start date negotiable
Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
