Job Title: Community Nurse (Band 5)
Location: Hounslow
Schedule: Flexible shifts
Rate of Pay: £20.00 - £24.00 per hour (Umbrella)

What You'll Be Doing: Join our team as a Community Nurse and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in a community setting. In this role, you will:

1. Perform comprehensive patient assessments
2. Provide injections, wound care, and end-of-life care (including syringe drivers)
3. Conduct leg ulcer assessments using Doppler machines
4. Carry out bladder and bowel assessments
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
6. Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A current and valid NMC registration and pin
2. Previous community nursing experience
3. Skills in injections, wound care, end-of-life care, leg ulcer assessments, and bladder/bowel assessments
4. Must have Community Nurses essential skill set (i.e., Catheter, compression bandaging, and IV experience)
5. A valid UK driving license and access to your own car
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration: This flexible locum position requires availability from Monday to Friday, with possible weekend shifts. The contract is for 3 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
