Job Title: MSK Physiotherapist (Band 7)
Location: North Cambridgeshire
Duration: Ongoing
Schedule: Full-time (Part-time applicants considered)
Start Date: Immediate / April
End Date: Ongoing
Rate of Pay: £23-£28 per hour (depending on experience)

What You'll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Band 7 MSK Physiotherapist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients with musculoskeletal conditions. In this role, you will:

1. Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
2. Manage a mixed caseload of MSK outpatients referred through self-referral, primary care, First Contact Physiotherapists, and hospitals.
3. Develop and implement personalised treatment plans.
4. Use evidence-based interventions to optimise patient outcomes.
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
6. Maintain accurate patient records using SystmOne.

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A current and valid HCPC registration.
2. Proven experience working within MSK physiotherapy.
3. Proficiency in using SystmOne.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers flexible working with full-time hours preferred, but part-time applicants will be considered. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
