JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you an experienced Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician looking for a rewarding locum role in an NHS hospital? We have a fantastic opportunity local to Warrington.

Job Title: Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician (Band 5)
Location: Warrington
Duration: Ongoing contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour break)
Start Date: March/April 2025
End Date: Ongoing
Rate of Pay: £18-£21 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our client's NHS hospital pharmacy team and play a key role in supporting patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Performing final accuracy checks on dispensed prescriptions
  2. Ensuring compliance with NHS policies and medication safety standards
  3. Collaborating with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes
  4. Maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a busy hospital pharmacy environment

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  4. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced NHS environment

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
