Are you a time-served Locksmith looking for an excellent, long-term position with a reputable company?

Do you have experience working with uPVC doors and automated digital locks?

We are proud to be representing a long-standing maintenance specialist based in Nottingham who are looking for a Locksmith to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Their successful candidate will work on a range of sites performing maintenance on locks on doors, car doors, safes, and digital access control systems. They will liaise with and raise invoices with a range of clients whilst delivering an exceptional service.

Their ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience from previous Locksmith positions, with experience working on uPVC doors being highly desirable. They will have a full, clean UK driving licence and be comfortable travelling across Nottinghamshire, occasionally further when required.

In return, they are offering a competitive salary of up to c£30,000 per annum D.O.E alongside a generous benefits package including available overtime, a company pension scheme, a company van, a fuel card, call out bonuses, training, and more!

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work on a range of domestic, commercial, government, and school sites
• Unlock a range of locked doors, car doors, safes, and digital access control systems
• Ensure all fitted locks are secure and fully operational
• Raise invoices with clients
• Liaise with external stakeholders via face to face, email, and telephone
• Deliver an exceptional service every time including dealing with complaints

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrable experience in a Locksmith position or similar is essential
• uPVC door and lock fitting experience is highly desirable
• Be comfortable with travelling around the Nottinghamshire area
• Experience performing PPM and preventative maintenance
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Comfortable processing an enhanced DBS
