The LSAB is seeking applications from individuals with both the passion and commitment for safeguarding the most vulnerable members of society. Cheshire West and Chester’s statutory safeguarding partners are looking for a person with experience of providing administrative support. This role requires an individual with proven experience to be responsible for processing work for the Adults Safeguarding Board so that the functions of those areas are progressed efficiently and within agreed timescales according to defined procedures and to undertake a range of administrative activities, including minute taking, the production and distribution of documents, correspondence, handling sensitive data and information; and the organisation and servicing of meetings and events, as part of the service support function, linking in with corporate systems in order to contribute to the efficient and effective delivery of operational services.
We provide high-quality, person-centred social care for adults, but for us it’s more than that; we support people to change and enhance their lives every day through the work undertaken by our talented and dedicated teams.
Our values are important to all of us, we live and breathe them, and they shape how we work together to create positive environments where both colleagues and people who use our services can be inspired to reach their potential. If you share our values and commitment, then you’re our kind of person.
We are looking for dedicated and highly motivated team players to join us to support our teams in delivering excellent social care. Our Business Support Officers play a critical role in supporting teams to meet the administrative demands and consider innovative solutions to meet the needs of the service.
