We have a great opportunity at HMP High Down to join the education team as our Local Education Manager on a permanent, full-time basis, working 37 hours a week.
As Education Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for the day-to-day running, management, and coordination of the service within an establishment, working directly with the prison Governor and education lead. You will drive excellence in teaching and learning by coordinating effective quality assurance.
You will be responsible for strategic, cohesive, and sequential working with other services, providers, and organisations working within the prison.
About HMP High Down
HMP High Down is a category C training and resettlement prison on the outskirts of Banstead near Sutton in Surrey. It was built in 1992 and has evolved significantly over the years. The prison's capacity is 1,100.
