An established industry player is seeking an experienced Litigation Locum for a fully remote role. This interim position involves managing a diverse caseload of civil and criminal matters, including commercial debt recovery and judicial reviews. While experience with planning and highways work is desirable, it is not essential. You will be part of a supportive team, engaging in regular virtual meetings to ensure collaboration and assistance. Sellick Partnership is currently working with our local authority client to recruit an experienced Litigation Locum. This is an interim role with an initial 3-month duration.
Working on behalf of the local authority and two national park authorities, you will manage a varied caseload of both civil and criminal matters. Experience of planning and highways work is also highly desirable but not essential.

This is a fully remote working role, however, working as part of a small and cohesive team you will have regular (virtual) meetings with the wider team to ensure you feel supported in the role.
Applicants will be required to be a qualified solicitor, barrister or a chartered legal executive. Previous local government experience is desirable but not essential.
