Loading Shovel Driver

Our client is the UK’s largest producer of sand and gravel with quarry, marine dredged aggregates, and coated roadstone operations. They are seeking a loading shovel driver to assist them on their main aggregate site while their current drivers work on a large supply project.

Your main duty within this role will be to move aggregates of all sizes from the quayside to the designated bay area with a wheeled loader shovel vehicle. This is a temporary assignment for 1 week, but there may be a requirement to fill other holiday cover. The shift pattern is Monday to Friday with overtime available on Saturdays.

Loading Shovel Requirements:

• CPCS - A21/22 Qualification (essential)
• NPORS - N290 Loading Shovel (essential)
• MPQC - S1 Rider Loading Shovel Tracked and Wheeled (Red Assessed Operator Card)

Other Requirements:

• CSCS Card (essential)
• MPQC Qualification (beneficial)
• MPQC Card - Safety Passport (beneficial)
• NPORS with CPCS (beneficial)
• Own Transport (beneficial)
