I'm working with an established SaaS business in the Learning & Development space. They're looking for a customer-centric LMS Support Consultant to join their growing team. The responsibilities include:

1. Providing support and guidance to users of the Learning Management System.
2. Ensuring the LMS is functioning optimally and addressing any technical issues.
3. Collaborating with the development team to improve system features.
4. Training staff on the effective use of the LMS.
