An exceptional opportunity to lead a Local Cluster Collaborative (LCC) has arisen in LLWCHWR (Swansea).
The Cluster Lead will provide senior leadership for the LCC, which comprises a wide range of partners including Social Services, the Third Sector, Community Nursing, Allied Health Professionals & Health Sciences, Mental Health Services and primary care contractors including General Medical, Dental, Pharmaceutical and Ophthalmic services.
Strong and inspiring leadership, bringing the wide range of LCC members together to translate national strategic direction into real action is required in this high profile role.
Expressions of interest from candidates are welcome from a range of backgrounds. The position is for two half-day/sessions per week or 0.2 WTE, remuneration is equivalent of Band 8c (A4C) or GP/dental sessional rate.
LLWCHWR LCC has a population of almost 50,000 registered patients and serves a range of demographics supported by strong multi-disciplinary teams within the cluster. Local knowledge of the LLWCHWR LCC area along with its population needs are desirable for this post.
