Position Overview

This is a salaried position as a Live-In Residential Manager for the Brain Injury Waiver Program. Candidates must be able to obtain their ILST, have reliable transportation, and must be comfortable with hands-on/personal care. They will support the physical and emotional well-being of their assigned brain injury waiver client(s), as well as provide transport to and from vocational settings and all medical appointments. They assist with meal preparation, financial management of the home, and general upkeep of the residence. Candidates will need to provide a safe home environment, medication reminders, and report any changes in condition. Residential Managers must keep a clean and safe home environment at all times. They have 24/7 accountability with limited daily hours off shift. A private room and weekly food stipend are provided, along with an attractive compensation package that includes medical benefits and paid time off.
