Title: Litigation Solicitor
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000
Contract: Full-time, permanent (hybrid available)
Location: Essex

Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Solicitor:

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on a variety of disputes.
• Evaluate the merits of cases and develop robust litigation strategies.
• Maintain and manage client relationships and liaise with third parties.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation sessions.
• Conduct detailed legal research and prepare legal documents.
• Handle pre-trial preparations, including drafting pleadings and motions.
• Attend trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Negotiate settlements and facilitate dispute resolutions.
