Chadwick Nott have taken recent instruction from one of our clients, a well-established, multi-office practice, which can trace its roots in the Devon area over 200 years. The firm has an enviable reputation within the region for their client service and as such, benefits from a strong and consistent client base.

Our client is looking to expand and is currently seeking an experienced litigator to join their close-knit team, working on exciting and challenging projects. The role will involve managing a broad spectrum of civil conflicts, such as professional negligence, contentious probate, property disputes, partnership disputes (including farming partnerships), and landlord and tenant disputes in both commercial and residential settings. Having knowledge of employment law is crucial.
