Litigation Solicitor – Cotswold

A well-reputed law firm, servicing both business and private client areas of law, based in the heart of the Cotswolds is currently recruiting a qualified Litigation Solicitor with at least 3 years post-qualification.

The department is increasingly busy and handles a range of matters, including:

• Construction and building disputes
• Breach of contract claims
• Company/partnership disputes
• Debt collection
• Contentious trusts and probate
• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Neighbour and boundary issues
• Personal Injury claims
• Professional Negligence claims

You will be qualified with 3+ years’ PQE, with an interest in covering a range of litigation tasks. In return, the firm will offer you a stimulating environment to work with a high-quality caseload of litigation matters to run with.
