We are delighted to be partnering with a leading local law firm as they continue to expand their well-regarded litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join a practice recognised for its commitment to excellence and strong client focus.

About the Role: As part of this growing team, you will handle a broad range of litigation matters, primarily on behalf of plaintiffs. Your caseload will cover general and commercial litigation as well as medical negligence claims. This role offers the chance to work on varied, challenging cases and build your expertise across multiple areas of litigation, making a real impact in clients’ lives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a diverse caseload, with a focus on plaintiff work across general and commercial litigation.
2. Handle medical negligence claims, providing empathetic and knowledgeable support to clients.
3. Advise clients on legal strategy, represent them in negotiations, and advocate effectively in court.
4. Work closely with the wider litigation team, contributing to a collaborative and forward-thinking culture.

Requirements:

1. Qualified solicitor with experience in litigation, ideally including both general/commercial litigation and medical negligence.
2. Strong analytical and communication skills.
3. Client-focused with a compassionate approach to plaintiff work.
4. Proactive, organised, and able to manage a varied caseload effectively.
