Litigation Secretary
Job description
Busy, growing law firm wishes to recruit a litigation secretary for their sub office in Lisburn.
Main Duties:
- Audio typing of legal documents
- Make appointments, arrange meetings and maintain an up-to-date diary for his/her fee earner if requested.
- Provide support to other secretaries and fee earners when required.
- Deal with clients directly and indirectly.
Qualifications:
- Excellent audio and PA skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a comfortable and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and have a strong client focus with a positive and helpful attitude.
