Litigation Lawyer / Legal Executive

Litigation Lawyer/Legal Executive, 3 to 5 years PQE, £55,000 to £65,000, Bedfordshire. This is an unmissable opportunity for an experienced litigator to join a highly reputable national firm. Job Responsibilities:

1. Managing your own caseload.
2. Conducting pre-claim investigation, legal research, and initial case assessments.
3. Advising clients on contentious matters.
4. Drafting pleadings, statements of case, and pre-issue documentation and filing with the court.
5. Attending court and conferences with or without counsel.
6. Organising exhibits, documents, evidence, and briefs.
7. Supporting other fee earners on large and complex claims.
8. Supervising junior colleagues.
9. Assuming networking and business development responsibilities.

Requirements:

1. Exceptional communication skills.
2. Ability to work well within a team environment.
3. Confidence in supervising junior members of the team.
4. Business development experience.

There is a substantial remuneration package on offer for the right candidate, including a competitive salary, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a bonus scheme.
