Litigation Lawyer

A litigation department within a Bournemouth & Poole law firm requires a Litigation Lawyer to manage a mixed case load of commercial and civil files.

The Firm
This practice has excellent links with the local community and a substantial longevity for providing quality legal services. The firm has many talented lawyers across disciplines but they are recognised in the legal directories for their legal knowledge and experience.

The Role
The successful Litigation Lawyer will manage a full case load of commercial and civil disputes such as commercial disagreements, partnership disputes, building disputes, property disputes, landlord & tenant, contract disputes, IT/IP disputes, contentious probate, and consumer disputes. The role will require undertaking advocacy at Court.

The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in commercial or civil litigation matters. A confident advocate with strong Civil Procedure Rules knowledge.

Salary dependent upon experience.
