Who You Are:

We're looking for a data-driven, proactive, and results-oriented LinkedIn SDR to take our organic LinkedIn outreach and lead generation strategy to the next level.

The ideal candidate will be:

  1. A LinkedIn expert - you know how to generate, engage, and qualify leads through LinkedIn.
  2. A master of outreach - you write compelling, conversion-focused messages that spark interest.
  3. A skilled communicator - you don't just send messages; you connect and engage.
  4. Data-savvy - you analyse engagement trends and optimise for better conversion.
  5. A strategic thinker - you understand the bigger picture of demand generation and sales pipelines.
  6. Bonus points if you have experience in HR, L&D, EdTech, or startups!
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Write and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage B2B prospects.
  2. Respond to all inbound LinkedIn replies, nurturing and converting leads.
  3. Follow up with engaged leads and book initial qualification calls.
  4. Manage prospect data in HubSpot, ensuring all meeting bookings trigger the correct notifications.
  5. Track and report on LinkedIn campaign performance, iterating based on data insights.
