Lining and Trenchless Operative

Rochford, Essex

Permanent, Full time (47.5 hours) 7am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

£28,333 - £39,628 (£11.44 - £17 per hour plus) overtime paid at time and a half and training opportunities.

Our client is a drainage services company offering a wide range of services including drain repairs and maintenance, civil engineering, and trenchless solutions.

They are seeking a skilled and motivated Lining and Trenchless Operative to join their dynamic team. You will be working on a variety of projects across Essex and Sussex regions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring safety, efficiency, and high standards on-site.

About the role:

1. Repairing collapsed or damaged pipelines in areas that are difficult to access through excavation.
2. Position will include CCTV Surveying, high-pressure water jetting, patch lining, ambient/UV/LED cure lining, and robotic cutting.
3. Maintaining a high standard of work in outdoor environments, often in challenging conditions.
4. Maintenance and upkeep of vehicles.

Experience and Qualifications:
Essential Skills & Experience:

1. Proven experience in a manual role, i.e., drainage, construction, or groundworks.
2. HGV1 or HGV2 license.
3. Full UK driving license, ideally clean, but the client will consider candidates with up to 6 points.

Desirable Qualifications (Training Provided if Needed):

1. Confined Spaces.
2. EUSR SHEA (Water/Utility).
3. Street works (NRSWA).
