Line Leader / Machine Operator

Our client is a global market leader of fresh and frozen produce.

Due to their increasing demand, growth, and development, they are seeking to employ a Line Leader / Machine Operator for their site in Boston.

Shifts

• Monday – Friday
• 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm & 10pm – 6am
• Shifts rotate on a weekly basis

Duties To Include

• Ensure that all safety checks & procedures are followed
• You will be responsible for packing machines, bagger & metal detectors
• Running & control of a line(s) including maintaining hygiene standards
• Ensure all packs conform to the quality standards
• Ensure the hygiene standards are maintained
• Ensure all quality paperwork is filled in at the correct time scales
• Achieve targets and quality standards
• Any other ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time

Candidates must have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.

Pay Rate

• £13.63 per hour
• Overtime available after 40 hours, rate is 1.5 x basic rate
