Line Cook

Maggie's in Westminster is looking for a reliable and eager FULL TIME LINE COOK to help open the restaurant Wednesday through Sunday.

Key Attributes:

• Responsibility, reliability, ability to take initiative, and buy-in with our systems are CRITICAL.
• Must have cooking experience on all stations on a typical full-service line: Broiler, Grill, Fry, Saute, Salad.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare basic components of each dish on our menu using our proven recipes.
• Memorize and utilize our serving portion sizes and all basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchen.
• Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas, and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards.
• Monitor product freshness and rotate out old products based on the quality control schedule.
• Any additional tasks requested by the Chef.
• Ability to multi-task and work as a team.
• Handle pressure and a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full weekend availability is required.
• Pay based on experience.
