Job Title: Line Chef

Hours: 40 hours per week

As a Line Chef at L'Eto Caffe, you will take charge of your section in the kitchen, ensuring every dish is prepared and presented to the highest standard. You’ll be working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and will support the Chef De Cuisine and Sous Chef in the execution of fresh, creative menus. This role requires a strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow within L'ETO.

The Ideal Line Chef will:

  • Take ownership of your section, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standard.
  • Support the Chef De Cuisine and Sous Chef in menu execution and consistency across the brand.
  • Have excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Be a strong team player, with the ability to communicate with, and motivate others.
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment whilst maintaining focus on quality and consistency.
  • Have experience in a similar role, ideally within a high-quality, fresh food, fast-paced kitchen.
  • You will have worked as a Line Chef / Demi CDP for at least 1 year, and will fully understand the day-to-day routines (and challenges) of working in a professional kitchen.
  • At least 1-2 years working in a professional kitchen environment.

It would be even better (but not essential) if:

  • You hold a valid L2 (or above) Food Hygiene certificate.
  • You are able to be 100% flexible with shift patterns.
