PLEASE READ THE JOB - DON'T JUST APPLY BECAUSE IT'S LIGHTS, YOU NEED THE SKILLS / EXPERIENCE OR YOU MAY BE AUTO-REJECTED

We are looking for an experienced light production / light assembly operative who can start a full time, temp 2 perm role working in the clean room of a busy engineering company.

You will be wearing hair nets and overcoats, using microscopes, handling chemicals, and producing small, delicate ceramic items for the defence / aerospace sector.

It's a mixture of standing and sitting, very much a detail-focused role where you need a quality-first mindset.

What skills are needed?

Whilst there will be some training, you need to be local to Rugby, flexible enough to work the shift, fully fluent in written / spoken English, and have experience in some kind of light assembly / light engineering role where attention to detail is key. It's not a warehouse or a food factory, so those skills will not be used here.

What does this role offer?

  • £14.22 p/hour (including shift allowance)
  • 37 hours paid per week.
  • Weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment LTD.
  • Regular overtime.
  • Excellent facilities.
  • Lots of training on new processes.
  • Job security - this WILL lead to a permanent job.
