Role: Lifecycle Coordinator

Location: Durham - large site based

Contract: Temporary

Pay rate: GBP18.85 per hour PAYE or CIS

Hours: 38.75 per week Monday to Friday

Duration: On-going

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a proactive and organised individual for an ongoing temporary position supporting the delivery of multiple lifecycle projects within a sensitive healthcare environment. This opportunity is with a leading facilities management provider, overseeing works such as flooring installation, painting, LED lighting upgrades, and toilet/facility refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, healthcare stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  2. Help coordinate and oversee on-site activities, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
  3. Support the management of documentation, schedules, and project updates.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel.
  2. Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn on the job.
  3. Effective communicator with strong organisational skills.
  4. Experience within facilities management or a related environment would be beneficial.
  5. CDM (Construction Design and Management) knowledge or experience is also of benefit.
  6. You don't need to be technically qualified, but a practical mindset and eagerness to contribute are key.
