Here is what is needed to be part of this amazing team:

1. Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in the state of VA.
2. MUST HAVE at least 2 years of experience working in skilled nursing.
3. It is key to being able to provide excellent patient care.
4. Provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents/families/caregivers.
5. Maintain resident confidentiality.
6. Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders.
