Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $29.82 - 31.81 / hour.
Shift differentials of $1.00 evenings and $1.50 nights.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care and Skilled Nursing Facility regulations and follows established policies and procedures for our Transitional and Long Term care Center in Lake City, MN.
Nursing schedule includes:
32 hours every two weeks.
Day/evening shift; 12-hour shift.
Every third weekend and holiday rotation.
Partial Benefit Eligible; Employee Benefits (paid personal time, DHS College education scholarships, retirement monies).

Lake City Care Center in Southeast Minnesota is owned by the Mayo Clinic Health System with the daily operations managed by Ebenezer. At any given time, as many as 90 people call the care center their home. The care center is connected to a Mayo clinic and hospital in Lake City, MN, so residents don't have to leave the building for a clinic appointment or emergency care if needed.

Responsibilities/Job Description:
Provides professional nursing cares and treatments.
Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff.
Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health status.
Qualifications:
Required:
MN LPN licensure.
AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers.
BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three weeks of hire date and before the nurse can perform independent practice.
0-1 years of experience.
Ability to use technology in the form of computers, handheld devices, cell phones, and fax machines.
Preferred:
Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree.
1-3 years of experience.
MS Office, Excel, and Word.
Point Click Care knowledge.
