Pay range: $37.00 an hour - $47.00 an hour depending on years of experience, shift, and benefit status

Available Shifts:

1. 7am-3pm: 40-hour availability
2. 3pm-11pm: 32-hour availability
3. 11pm-7am: Per Diem availability

Sign-On Bonus:

Fulltime $12k and Parttime $6k

LPN Responsibilities:

1. Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician's plan of treatment
2. Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager
3. Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)
4. Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
5. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided

LPN Qualifications:

1. Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required
2. A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of MA
3. Ability to work with multiple patients at once
